I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were spacious and had two wash basins, but unfortunately, there were some marks on the walls and faded bathroom appliances, which was a bit of a letdown. The view from the room was stunning, overlooking the lake and volcanoes, providing a unique and beautiful backdrop.

The service was exceptional! The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. They were always ready to assist with any questions or activity reservations I needed. I was particularly impressed by the young waiter who was extremely gracious during my dining experience.

I couldn't resist the stunning view of the lake, volcanoes, and Puerto Varas from my room, it was amazing. The hotel rooms are well appointed and clean, with a nice view of the lake and Volcano Osorno. The service was incredible, although there was a minor hiccup with another customer. The location by Lago Llanquihue and Osorno Volcano made this stay exceptional, especially for sunset views. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of delicious options and attentive staff.
